Backend Development with DarkRift Networking:
- Engineered a scalable backend infrastructure using DarkRift Networking to support real-time user interactions and data synchronization.
- Implemented user synchronization mechanisms to ensure consistent experiences across all clients.
- Designed and managed virtual rooms to facilitate organized and immersive user engagements.
Custom Remote Procedure Call (RPC) System:
- Developed a bespoke RPC system to enable efficient and secure communication between clients and the server, enhancing the platform’s responsiveness.
User Environment Serialization and Deserialization:
- Created systems for users to customize and save their virtual environments, including modifications to features, colors, textures, avatars, and the placement of video and image displays.
- Ensured that user-generated configurations are accurately serialized and deserialized, allowing for seamless storage and retrieval of personalized settings.
